Mescladís at Cruïlla 2025: a sustainable catering proposal for those who make the festival possible

During the days of the Cruïlla 2025 Festival, the Mescladís team offered an institutional catering service designed especially for the technical, production and organizational staff of the festival. Each day, we served 450 people, providing a gastronomic experience based on sustainability, respect for the environment and raising awareness about the impacts of our consumption choices.

Catering Mescladís: A healthy, local and meaningful proposal

The daily menu was carefully prepared with local, quality and seasonal products, combining culinary creativity with social responsibility. Through this diverse and balanced proposal, we reaffirm our commitment to a diet that not only nourishes the body, but also the bonds between people and territories.

Our kitchen is committed to sustainable practices, waste minimization, responsible purchasing and the valorization of local producers. This catering was a concrete example of how it is possible to integrate the pleasure of eating with conscious decisions that have a positive impact on the environment.

Training and engagement: the value of action learning

One of the most significant aspects of this experience was the participation of students from the Cuinant Oportunitats program, who joined the team as part of their training process. Through this real challenge, they were able to experience first-hand the dynamics of a large-scale event, strengthening their technical skills, their autonomy and their commitment to quality service.
