These Terms and Conditions govern the subscription to the Convit/e Magazinea publishing project of Productora Social Mescladís (Fundació Ciutadania Multicultural), with NIF G63832786, headquartered in Barcelona, Spain, and website www.mescladis.org.

By signing up for a subscription through our online form, the user accepts the conditions described here.

What does the annual subscription include?

The annual subscription to Convit/e Magazine includes:

• 2 printed issues per year (semiannual)
  
• 1 exclusive postcard from Mescladís
  
• 1 token gift 

The subscription does not include a digital version.

Modalities and prices

On-site collection (Click & Collect)

Pick up in person at any of the Mescladís spaces (Borrell, Gràcia or Montjuïc).
Price: 10 € per year

Mailing by post

• Spain: 15 € / year (including shipping)
  
• Europe: 25 € / year
• Rest of the world: 35 € / year

Frequency of publication and delivery deadlines

Convit/e Magazine is published every six months. biannually.

• Shipments are managed from Mescladís offices in Barcelona.
  
• Delivery time depends on the national or international postal service depending on the destination. Details will be notified after the purchase.
  
• In case of in-person pick-up, the availability for pick-up will be notified by e-mail.

Methods of payment

Subscriptions can be paid in two ways:

• Payment by credit cardby means of virtual POS.
  
• Direct debitThe monthly amount is debited from the account indicated by the subscriber.
  

The subscription is renewed manually every year. There are no automatic renewals.

Cancellations and refunds

As this is a publication of limited circulation and with a social purpose, no returns or refunds are allowed, except in the case ofexcept in case of error attributable to Mescladís (such as duplicity, incorrect charges or incorrect shipments).

If you do not receive your copy within the deadline, you can contact us within 30 days of shipment to arrange for a replacement to arrange a replacement free of charge.

In case of exceptional situations (e.g. a permanent change of address that prevents receiving the magazine), we will make adjustments or cancellations on a case-by-case basis.
