At Mescladís we offer intercultural cooking workshops designed for all audiences: seniors, children, families, neighborhood residents and visitors to Barcelona. Our workshops combine flavors, cultures and experiences to promote social cohesion and sustainable catering. Each session includes a cultural introduction, cooking practice and a final tasting.

A gastronomic and cultural journey
Workshop taught by former students of the Cuinant Oportunitats program, where you will discover authentic recipes from different parts of the world.
In each session:
Workshop participants share stories, traditions and customs from their countries of origin.
Attendees actively participate in the preparation of the dishes.
The experience culminates with a tasting in our restaurants.

Creative Childhood Workshop
Awareness and diversity from childhood
Designed for children from 6 to 14 years old, this workshop promotes inclusion and respect for interculturality from an early age. Through playful and creative activities, children will discover the richness of different cultures while learning about cooking and traditions.

An intercultural meeting space for seniors.
The kitchen becomes a point of connection and socialization for seniors. These workshops promote inclusion and community work, exploring traditional and innovative gastronomies from different cultures. During each session, stories, experiences and flavors are shared, breaking down barriers and eliminating stigmas. We can also come to your space and civic centers.
