Mescladís participates in Terra i Gust 2025
From September 26 to 28, Mescladís will be part of Terra i Gust 2025, the gastronomic space of La Mercè dedicated to sustainability, responsible cuisine and projects with social value. The event will take place at Parc de la Ciutadella and is promoted by @agtkm0, @slowfoodbcn and @alimentaciososteniblebcn.
In this edition, our chef Ester from Mescladís Borrell, the project's school-restaurant, has prepared a menu that reflects our sustainable catering policy: dishes prepared with local, fair trade and environmentally friendly products.
At Mescladís we always put people at the center. Therefore, the event is also an opportunity for the students of the Cuinant Oportunitats program, who will actively participate both in the preparation of the dishes and in the service. In this way, the professional practice becomes a tool for training and labor inclusion.
Dates and times
- Friday, September 26: from 6 p.m.
- Saturday 27 and Sunday 28: all day, with last order on Sunday at the close of the event.
Gastronomic offer of Mescladís at Terra i Gust 2025
- Beef milanesa sandwich, onion with vermouth, mild aioli, green leaves and seasonal tomatoes on brioche bread.
- Vegetarian Russian salad with toasted bread sticks and pickles.
