Convit/e Competition 2025-2026: Social Kintsugi

Mescladís launches the second edition of the Convit/e 2025-2026 competition, an international call that recognizes the commitment of young students to human rights, sustainability, social inclusion and intercultural dialogue. This contest is part of the Convit/e Integral Program, which unites art, education and social transformation to imagine more just and diverse futures.

Theme of the call: Kintsugi

Convit/e Magazine No. 8, to be published in October 2026, will be dedicated to the Japanese concept of Kintsugi, a philosophy that celebrates scars and repairs as part of the beauty and history of objects. From this symbolic perspective, the contest invites us to reflect on how personal and social "fractures" can be transformed into opportunities for learning, resilience and collective construction.

Competition modalities

The contest is divided into four categories in line with the magazine's theme:

  • Photography / Visual identity
  • Illustration
  • Journalistic or literary article
  • Audiovisual production
