November of action and opportunities - Mescladís Employment Production Company 

The Mescladís - Empleadís Employment Producer is structured around the Cuinant oportunitats training program and the Empleadís Community, a space open to social entities and the Horeca sector. Our goal is to promote the talent of people passionate about gastronomy through training and subsequent job placement, connecting them with companies and professionals that offer decent and responsible opportunities.

To date, the results are significant: 91% job placement among participants and 244 people regularized thanks to accompaniment and integration programs. 

During November, Empleadís participated in several key events: 

Hackató ECAS: A day dedicated to promoting community action and inclusive employment initiatives. Collective solutions were designed to improve employment pathways and strengthen networks between social entities.

Taula Sants-Montjuïc: Mescladís hosted a meeting between the tourism sector and social entities. We presented our training and accompaniment model, showing how collaboration with hotels and companies can generate real bridges towards hiring and stable employment.

Taula Rodona "Regularitzar per integrar": Debate focused on the right to work and the challenges of administrative regularization. The experience of Empleadís in supporting migrants was shared, showing that collaboration between entities and companies facilitates labor inclusion with rights.

With these actions, Empleadís reaffirms its commitment to training, job placement and social transformation, generating real opportunities and strengthening networks that contribute to a fairer and more inclusive labor market.
