More than 50 Mescladís students have completed internships in the hospitality industry during 2025.

From Mescladís we want to deeply thank all the restaurants and companies that collaborate with the Empleadís project, opening their doors to accompany our students in their training and job placement process.

Special thanks to the Gremi de Restauració de Barcelona , with whom we work closely to generate opportunities in the HORECA sector of the city.

Results from January to August 2025

Between January and August of this year, more than 50 kitchen and dining room assistants have completed their internships in more than 30 restaurants. In many cases, these experiences have meant a real opportunity for recruitment and professional growth within the same companies.

  • 📍 Of the 48 people who have already completed their internships:
    • 37 have obtained employment, in many cases in the same companies where they did their internships.
    • For 4 of them, these opportunities have meant the possibility of obtaining a work permit.
    • 🔎 7 are actively seeking employment, and from Mescladís we continue to accompany them in the labor intermediation process.
  • 📍 Currently, 4 students are doing internships.
  • In addition, we worked to obtain the first contracts for 8 students in the process of administrative regularization, through pre-employment internships in the sector.

These data demonstrate that quality training, commitment and close support are drivers of real opportunities.
