La meva recepta de Fantàstic Ramón: A journey of flavors and culture

Teatro Lliure Gràcia and Mescladís join forces to weave the living arts, gastronomy and training through an experience of reflection and learning from plays of the theater's billboard that are transformed into a dish born from this creative laboratory.

The first work within this project is Fantàstic Ramón by Escenaris Especials, which invites students of the Cuinant Oportunitats program to immerse themselves in the universe of this play whose narrative challenges the established and opens the door to the acceptance of the "other", the rejection of prejudices and the celebration of difference through flavors and textures.

The process began last March 26th in a meeting of Cuinant Oportunitats students and the actresses Mercè Méndez and Judit Pardàs and the actor Jordi Galià reflected together on the values embodied by Mescladís and their relationship with the thematic axes of the play. This first meeting opened a space for debate and exchange of ideas and marked the beginning of a creative journey where the theatrical experience is transformed into a culinary story.
