Reading and creative writing workshop in two sessions by Esmeralda Berbel. A space for literary creation and personal reflection to explore writing as a tool for thought, emotion and expression. The proposal invites you to discover that writing is also a way of believing, of trusting in the word as a bridge.
Thematic and objectives, methodology or dynamics foreseen:
An intimate and collective work is proposed through the reading of selected texts and writing exercises. The objective is to strengthen one's own voice, broaden one's vision and create a space for mutual listening. The proposal invites to discover that writing is also a way of believing, of trusting in the word as a bridge.
Objectives:
- Enjoy reading in community.
- To deepen and reflect with one's own and others' viewpoint.
- Open the story, the biography, the style, the points of view.
- Discover the gift and wonder of writing.
Methodology:
Participants should have read the proposed book prior to the workshop. During the session, the text will be discussed in depth both individually and collectively. Based on the themes addressed in the book, a slogan will be proposed to inspire and move the reading towards a writing of one's own.
The texts generated will be read in class, sharing the most valuable and powerful aspects of each exercise.
Is there a cost for participants?
Yes, at the workshop leader's expense (a package is charged for both sessions).
Requires prior registration through form
