12:00 – 1:30 p.m. · (PA)RÈNTESI – Exploratory Bread Workshop
Free workshop inspired by the Tantawawas (Andean ritual breads). In groups of three, each participant creates a loaf of bread that reflects a piece of their story. The breads are baked and shared with the community.

1:30 PM – 2:00 PM · CUINANT DRETS – Peruvian Food Truck
Anticuchos, causa limeña, pisco, and more. The most iconic flavors of Peruvian cuisine.

2:30 – 3:45 p.m. · CASA PAQARINA – Andean Community Music: sikus
A free, hands-on, participatory workshop to discover the sikus, an ancient Andean instrument, culminating in a group performance of a traditional melody.

4:00 PM – 5:30 PM · LAS FORASTERITAS – Sounds of the Andes
Free concert. A Latin American band based in Barcelona that fuses huayno, cumbia, and morenada with psychedelic and digital soundscapes.
