Mescladís Cookbook: Dialogue, Art and Recipes for Life

Tertulia Touching the invisible. Transforming collective fears and apathies.

How can we collectively try to change the fear of the other and apathy about climate change for empathy and solidarity action? What is the role of art, science, politics and narrative in the construction and transformation of perceptions? On April 3, the Altell will welcome the discussion "Palpating the Invisible", a meeting where we will address fundamental questions about how we can, collectively, overcome the fear of the other and the apathy surrounding climate change. We will be joined by writer Gabi Martínez, creator of the LiterNatura concept, and poet and activist Quinny Martínez Hernández. Together we will explore the crucial role that art, science, politics and narrative play in the construction and transformation of our perceptions of these urgent issues, seeking to generate a dialogue that will spur us to action.

The evening will be enriched with moments of poetry and live music, where Quinny and Andy Oh will delight us with their fusion of poetry and drumming, while Ale and Juan will transport us through their boleros. "Palpar lo Invisible" is an invitation to reflect and connect, to feel and create change in our communities. Come and join this transformative conversation where every voice counts and every story matters, we are waiting for you to share, inspire and create together!
