New cycle of Dialogues in the Postgraduate Program in Performing Arts and Social Action – PERFORMING ARTS AND DIVERSITY
The Postgraduate Course in Performing Arts and Social Action at the Institut del Teatre presents, in its 9th edition, a new series of Dialogues between different professionals in the performing arts, education, and community action. The sessions will take place on weekends between January 23 and January 31, 2026, and respond to the need to bring to the table the plurality of perspectives and approaches to artistic and cultural processes, participatory, collective, and community-based, in educational, healthcare, neighborhood, and street spaces. These talks, initially aimed at postgraduate students and the educational community of the Institut del Teatre, are open to the general public.

Nico Jongen, theater director and founder of the Ça marche company. Treballs forçats is his latest production featuring non-professional performers from Barcelona's deaf community.
